Obituary

Zachary Alexander Albin left us for his glorious heavenly home on May 27, 2022, at UAMS Hospital in Little Rock, AR, surrounded by his family and friends. Zach was born on August 15, 1994, in The Woodlands, Texas, to Stefani (Hatcher) Jones and Cecil Harold (Trey) Albin, III. Zachary grew up in De Queen, AR and was a proud 2012 graduate of De Queen High School. While there, he developed many close relationships and had the kindest heart anyone had ever known. Upon graduation, he attended Henderson State University and was a proud member of the Reddie Drumline. There, he met the most devoted and loved tribe of friends, as well as the love of his life, Kristine (Moore-Tims) Albin, whom he married on February 3, 2018, in Amity, AR.

Zachary was a loving son, brother, friend, father, and devoted husband. He never met a stranger and would do anything to help anyone in need. To that end, on May 30, 2022, Zachary completed his last act of selfless giving and donated his organs to those who needed a second chance at life.

Zach was an avid automotive technician, Oklahoma Sooners fan, motorcycle and gun enthusiast, and was creative in both art and music. He enjoyed fishing, playing video games with friends, giving counsel to those in dark times, and Halloween cookies from the grocery store. Zach was loved by everyone he met because of his beautiful smile, boisterous laugh, and his eyes always held a mischievous gleam. But most importantly, Zachary was a believer in Jesus Christ and had a personal relationship with Him.

Those left to cherish Zachary's memory are his wife, Kristine Albin and two beautiful children, Gracey and Alexander of the Hot Springs, AR area; his parents, Max and Stefani Jones of De Queen, AR and Trey and Stacey Albin of Wiley, TX; siblings, Chelsea Jones of Fayetteville, AR, McKenzie Jones of Fort Smith, AR, and Tyler and Taylor Albin of Wiley, TX; inlaws, BB and Rhonda Tims of Mena, AR; grandparents, Bobby and Kerrie Hatcher of Bokchito, OK, Fred and Carol Garvin of Athens, AR, Susie Albin of Oklahoma City, OK, and Diana Schroeder of Springfield, MO; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends that became more like family. Zach was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Hatcher of Bokchito, OK; grandfathers, Cecil Harold (Sonny) Albin, Jr. of Durant, OK, Sherman Jones of Dierks, AR, and Sam Schroeder of Springfield, MO.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home of De Queen, AR. A Celebration of Zach's life will be held at First Baptist Church, De Queen, AR, at 10:00 A.M., on Saturday, June 4, 2022. Inurnment will take place at a later time in Oklahoma City next to his grandfather, Sonny Albin. You may leave a condolence online at www.chandlerfuneral.com.
