Mrs. Pete Hendricks
Mrs. Wannette Simpson Hendricks, affectionately known as "Pete", departed this life on Sunday, November 21, 2021, in Yukon, Oklahoma, at the age of 81.

Pete was born November 7, 1940, in Oklahoma to the union of Ben and Janie Simpson. She was a high school graduate and went on to receive her license in Licensed Practical Nursing. She married the love of her life, J.C. Hendricks, on May 30, 1958, in Horatio, Arkansas. She was a member of the Church of Christ and enjoyed reading, old country music, and attending singings at the Broken Bow Mainstreet on Friday and Saturday nights.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband, J.C. Hendricks.

Pete is survived by one sister, Wilma Pressley of Eagletown, Oklahoma; and many friends, to numerous to count.

Services for Mrs. Pete Hendricks will be conducted by Chandler Funeral Home of De Queen and will held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at West Otis Cemetery with Leon Klitz, Minister, officiating.
