Mrs. Tilly Hutson
Mrs. Tilly Kate Lee Hutson, age 71, resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 24, 2022, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Tilly was born to George Tillman and Lena DeLois Gore Lee on November 14, 1950, in Ashdown. She was a 1968 graduate of Lockesburg High School. Tilly married the love of her life, Alvin Larry Hutson, on September 14, 1968, at Falls Chapel, and to this union, two children were born. Tilly worked in various occupations through the years, but it was never where she worked that was important to her. It was always about who she worked with. Tilly made numerous long and lasting friendships through the years with many of her coworkers and that was compensation enough for her. Tilly and Larry were members of Falls Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church where they both worshipped and served for over fifty years. Tilly enjoyed her time spent fellowshipping, cooking, dining out, shopping, camping, traveling, singing, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, George; her husband, Larry; and her granddaughter, Breona Kate Hutson.

Tilly leaves to cherish her loving memory, her mother, Lena DeLois; one daughter, Sebrena Lee Lewis and husband Schafer of Hot Springs; one son, Larry Bryce Hutson and wife Michelle of Lockesburg; five grandchildren, Grace, Anna, William, Eden and Brylee; two great-grandchildren, Carter and Elijah; one brother, Randall George Lee and wife Vickie of Tennessee; as well as, a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

The family would like to extend their deep gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Fred Divers, Tilly's treatment team at Genesis Cancer Center, her care teams at CHI St. Vincent Health at Home, and Arkansas Hospice for their guidance, care, and compassion over the past ten months.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Tilly Hutson will be held at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, March 27, 2022, at the Falls Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Bobby McKellar and Rev. Ann Holley officiating. Burial will follow at the Falls Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M., until service time, Sunday, at the church.
