Mrs. Teresa Green

Mrs. Teresa Ann Hurst Green, age 54, resident of Lockesburg, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at her home.

She was born on May 30, 1965 in Tom, Oklahoma and was a graduate of the Idabel High School. She married the love of her life, Kenneth Loyd Green, on October 17, 1986 in De Queen. She was employed by Tyson Foods in Nashville and attended church at the Old Time Gospel Church in Lockesburg. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and working in the yard, but most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Ivolene Hurst; and two sisters, Letha Reeves and Hester Murray.

She is survived by her husband of over 32 years, Kenneth Green of Lockesburg; one son, Christopher Green of Lockesburg; two sisters, Loretta Lambert and Floetta Ledbetter; five brothers, Preston Lambert, Larry Don Baker, Paul Spears, Johnny B. Reeves and Jimmy Hurst; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Teresa Green will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Old Union Cemetery with Bro. James Gathright officiating, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 25 ^th , at the funeral home.
