Ms. Susan Lynn Revels Fitzsimmons, age 63, a resident of De Queen, passed from this life on Thursday, July 9, 2026, in Christus St. Michael Hospital, Texarkana, Texas, surrounded by her family.

She was born to Dr. Edward and Arlene Hall Revels in De Queen, Arkansas, on August 29, 1962. She was an employee of Southwest Arkansas Accounting Services, formerly Revels and Co., for the past fifteen years. She was a member of Kern Heights Baptist Church.

Susan was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Ed Revels; a brother, Paul Revels, and a sister, DeeAnn Revels Toye.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her two sons and daughters-in-law, Christian and Cassidy Jennings of Lockesburg, and Robby and Andrea Fitzsimmons of De Queen; her mother, Arlene Revels of De Queen; a brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Maribeth Revels of De Queen; her brother-in-law, Ronnie Toye of De Queen; three grandchildren, Khloe, Emery, and Riley; her nieces and nephews, Randee, Blake, Sarah, and Kaylen; along with a special friend, Teresa Neeley. 

Funeral Services for Ms. Susan Fitzsimmons will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 13, 2026, in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Bobby Fischer officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lockesburg, Arkansas, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, in De Queen. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M., Sunday, July 12, 2026, in the funeral home chapel.
