Mrs. Shirley Bell Winer, age 81, a resident of Gillham, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Dierks Health and Rehab.

She was born on March 22, 1943, in Idabel, Oklahoma, to Melvin and Ethel Thornberry Jones. She married Walter Gerald Winer on November 12, 1960, in Reno, Nevada, and to this union, four children were born. While Gerald made them a living, Shirley made the living worthwhile. She enjoyed sewing and cooking, but her best time was spent with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter Gerald Winer, and her daughter, Laquetta Lynn Freudiger.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children and their spouses,  Gregory Allen and Melinda Winer of Gillham, Arkansas, Kevin Bradley Winer of De Queen, Arkansas and Grayson Wade and Shauna Winer of Gillham, Arkansas; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Howard and Virginia Jones of Garvin, Oklahoma, Kenneth and Judy Jones of Garvin, Oklahoma, Johnny and Betty Winer of Garvin, Oklahoma and Lonnie Jones of Queen Creek, Arizona; two sisters, Patsy Oliver of Milwaukee, Oregon and Wanda Delno of New Castle, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other family members and a host of friends.
