Obituary

Mrs. Serena Cusson
Mrs. Serena Jewel Cusson, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

She was born February 9, 1943, in Riverside, California, to Clifford and Ila Mann. Serena was a truck driver for several years and served in the United States Army. She was stationed in Fort Knox, Kentucky, with the 194th Armored Division, receiving the National Defense Service Medal. Serena was an avid reader and always carried a book with her. She was also an artist who loved to paint ocean and nature scenes on canvas. Serena had a wanderer's soul and traveled all over the country, never staying anywhere longer than a few years. She was always looking for that next experience or adventure in a new place.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Cusson; and her brother, Kenneth Mann.

Serena is survived by two daughters, Lisa Wallender of Warrensburg, Missouri, and Rebecca Sharp of Myrle Creek, Oregon; two sons, Travis (Randy) Reves of De Queen, Arkansas, and Buddy Cusson of Mena, Arkansas; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nephews.

Serena will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
