Mrs. Ruthie Marshall Mrs. Ruthie M. Chandler Marshall, age 82, a life-long resident of Sevier County, Arkansas, died Monday, April 17, 2017, from injuries received in an automobile accident. She was born to Roy and Alta Ramsey Chandler in the Westline Community of Sevier County on January 20, 1935. She was a member of the Chapel Hill Baptist Church, and a homemaker. She enjoyed painting, gardening, cooking, fishing, crafts, and cherished the time spent with friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Most of all, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, William "Tip" Chandler, and Roy Chandler, Jr., and in 2014, her husband of more than 61 years, Ted Marshall. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Glen and Sharla Marshall of Kennewick, Washington, and Jerry Marshall of De Queen, two daughters and sons-in-law, Nina and John McDonnell, and Carla and Farryl Barnes all of De Queen, six grandchildren and their spouses, Ryan and Suprina Marshall, Lane Marshall, Clayton and Candice McDonnell, Kelsey McDonnell, Jayme Barnes, Sydney and Will Bailey, seven great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Brayden, Jadi, Marli, Lynnlee, Benjamin, and Zaidyn, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mrs. Ruthie Marshall will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at 11:00 A.M., in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Homer Frachiseur, and Bro. Shane Haarmeyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
