Robert Lee Taylor, age 32, a resident of Horatio, Arkansas, passed from this life on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas, surrounded by his family.
He was born in De Queen, Arkansas, on March 16, 1992, and was a graduate of Horatio High School, and was a direct support professional with the Sevier County Developmental Center. Robert enjoyed electronics, cars, restoring furniture, caring for others, calling his family 20 times a day, playing practical jokes, singing, and making his little Josie's dreams come true. He also loved singing, "I love you a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck".
Robert was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Lee Taylor and Claudette Dorsey Taylor, his "Poppy" J. W. Ragan, and an aunt, April Taylor.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mom, Julie and Randy McCully of Horatio; his dad, Jay and Madonna Ragan of Eagletown, Oklahoma; a brother, Jose Perez of Horatio; his special niece, Josie Perez of Horatio; a sister, Laura Sanchez of De Queen; his grandparents, Donnye and Peggy McCully of Lindale, Texas; a brother Zac and Alexis Ragan of Horatio, Arkansas; sisters, Meshalia Cowling of De Queen, Destenie Roan, Breannah Brister and her husband, Andrew, and
Camara Ragan all of Eagletown, Oklahoma; his Granny, Ann Ragan of Eagletown, Oklahoma; four aunts, Robin and Edward Bell of Rosebud, Arkansas; Cindy and Brent Marshall of Provo, Arkansas; Charlotte Bray of Eagletown, Oklahoma, and Shawn and Mike Slider of Lockesburg, Arkansas; special friends, Nati and Cindy Becerra, Morgan Oglesby, and Ellye and Avery Chilcoat; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and a host of friends.
Memorial Services for Mr. Robert Lee Taylor will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 18, 2025, in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Nati Becerra officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen, Arkansas.
