Mr. Robert Lee Bell, age 78, a former resident of De Queen, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026, in Ontario, California surrounded by his children.

Robert was born to Robert Raydell and Emmer Jean Clayton Bell, on July 7, 1947, in De Queen, Arkansas.

Robert was a son, brother, father, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was a devoted caretaker to many. He enjoyed talking and reminiscing about the past and telling jokes. He loved to make people laugh. He also loved to fish and watch old western movies.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Marilyn Ollison and Thelma Brown; and a niece, Kyesten Nicole Caldwell Chambers.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Robert (Robbie) Bell of Ontario, California, Thinesha Gray of Englewood, California, Niquel (Nikki) Bell of Englewood, California, Marilyn Bell of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Secunda Bell of Las Vegas, Nevada; two brothers, Edward Nell of Riverside, California and Don Bell of Ashdown, Arkansas; two sisters, Gloria Caldwell and Bessie Brown both of De Queen, Arkansas; along with, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.

A memorial luncheon was held by family and friends in Robert's honor on March 21, 2026, in Ontario, California.

Memorial services for Mr. Robert Bell will be held, 1:00 P.M., Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Lewis Temple Church of God in Christ in De Queen, Arkansas, with Pastor Carlton Malvin and Pastor Kevin Brazil officiating.
