Mr. Raymond Noel
Mr. Raymond Van Michael Noel, age 44, resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, passed from this life on Friday, December 8, 2023, at his home.

Raymond was born one of three children to Harold Michael and Debi Winter Noel on April 23, 1979, in Fresno, California. He attended high school in Fresno and later went on to obtain an associate degree. Raymond worked in different capacities over the years including time with Pilgrim's Pride, Husqvarna, Clark Concrete in Lockesburg, and most recently with Tyson Foods in Nashville. Raymond was a free spirit and enjoyed traveling and hunting. He best spent his time fishing with his friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and an aunt, Phyllis Winter-Blaswick.

Raymond is survived by his siblings, Jennifer Noel and Russell Noel; aunt and uncles, Sheila Noel, Stuart Noel, and Rex Noel; nieces and nephew, Jannalyn Milam, Juliana Milam, and Ethan Noel; great-niece, Lucia Milam; special friends whom he loved as family, Rick and Tami Clark, their three children and grandchildren of Lockesburg; and Frank and Jo Manion of Lockesburg; as well as host of friends too numerous to count.
