Randy Lynn Lindsey, age 64, of Horatio, Arkansas, died Monday, January 23, in a Little Rock Hospital. Randy was born September 2, 1952 in Ashdown, Arkansas to Tommy Ray and Bettye Jewell Crawford Lindsey. He was the retired Owner of Lindsey Automotive and Communications and was a retired Fire Chief in Horatio. He was a member of the Horatio First Baptist Church and had been a dedicated member of Belleville Masonic Lodge #35 for more than 25 years. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife: Sharon Oliver Lindsey of Horatio, Arkansas; two sons and daughters-in-law: Jamey and Renda Lindsey and Robby and Courtney Ray, all of Horatio, Arkansas; a daughter and son-in-law: Charissa and Richard VanVoast of Horatio, Arkansas; a sister and brother-in-law: Doyletta and Wayne Harder of Horatio, Arkansas; seven Grandchildren: Morgyn Lindsey, Wyatt Lindsey, Raylee VanVoast, Judson Ray, Caselyn VanVoast, Ellie Ray and Kady Ray; and a number of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Randy Lindsey will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Horatio First Baptist Church with Coy Arnold and Rev. Jerry Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Horatio Cemetery under the direction of the Chandler Funeral Home of De Queen, Arkansas. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 25, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
