Mr. Paul Wray

Mr. Paul Clinton Wray, age 66, resident of Lockesburg, passed from this life on Saturday, September 21, 2019, at his home.

He was born to Paul Crockett and Helen Irene Ridgeway Wray on July 23, 1953 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He married the love of his life, Lisa Ann Adair, on July 23, 1977 in De Queen, Arkansas. He proudly served two years with the United States Marine Corp., stationed in Okinawa, Japan, and retired from Domtar after 36 years service. He attended church at Old Time Gospel in Lockesburg and was an avid Motorcyclist. He enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting and fishing, but most of all, he cherished the time spent with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, David Wray; and two sisters, Nila Hill and Jackie Eager.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of over 42 years, Lisa Ann Wray of Lockesburg; one son, Clint Wray of Lockesburg; one daughter, Cassie Thigpen and her husband David of Lockesburg; one granddaughter, Gracie Thigpen of Lockesburg; one brother, James Wray and his wife Lynna of Mineral Springs; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
