Mr.Norman Ray Fines, age 68, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2026, at his home.

He was born to Norman C. Fines and Gladys Mae Harcrow on October 11, 1957, in De Queen, Arkansas. Norman enjoyed playing spades, hunting, fishing, camping, anything outdoors, he was very outgoing and never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter, Elena Fines, one brother, Robert Fines and one sister, Sandra Fines.

Norman leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 31 years, Martha Killingsworth Fines of De Queen, Arkansas; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Jesse and Savannah Fines, Brandon Fines all of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Billy Fines of Osceola, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Daniel Fines and Kaylee Mitchell; along with a number of nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
