Ms. Myrna Cooper
Ms. Myrna Faye Putty Cooper, age 78, resident of Horatio, Arkansas, and former resident of Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at her home.

Myrna was born to W.R. Putty and Hazel A. Hampson Putty on June 15, 1944, in Borger, Texas. She was a graduate of Highland Park High School and was a Homemaker. She attended Unity Baptist Church in Texarkana, and enjoyed working on plastic canvas, puzzles, watching the "Game Show Network", and old T.V. shows such as the "Andy Griffith Show". More than anything, she cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Weldon Reagan "Buddy" Putty, Jr.; and one sister, Patsy Ann Thompson.

Myrna is survived by her children and their spouses, Tonya McKinley of Horatio, Rhonda and Tony Johnson of Texarkana, Arkansas, Burr "Trey" Patterson, III of Texarkana, Jamie and Stephanie Patterson of Ashdown, and Lyle and Mary Jo Orr of Simms, Texas; nine grandchildren, Reagan McKinley of Bryant, Jamie Lynn (Matt) Fomby of Texarkana, Texas, Mollie Johnson and Garrett Johnson, both of Texarkana, Arkansas, Blake Patterson of Winthrop, Brock Patterson of De Queen, and Makayla, Cami, and Parker Orr, all of Simms, Texas; one great-grandson, Braylon Liggin of Bryant; one brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Ester Parker of Dallas, Texas; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.

Graveside Services for Ms. Myrna Cooper will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 24, 2022, at Redmen Cemetery in De Queen. Bro. John Bryant to officiate.
