Mr. Michael Harlen Brown, age 65, a resident of De Queen, passed from this life on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas.

He was born to William "Bill" Brown, Sr., and Jearldean Clayton Brown in De Queen, Arkansas, on February 12, 1960.  He was a 1978 graduate of De Queen High School and attended college. Michael worked for Weyerhaeuser for 30 years and was currently employed for 18 years by Pilgrim's.  He was a member of the Lewis Temple Church of God in Christ, enjoyed watching football (an avid Los Angeles Rams fan), playing dominoes, and loved time spent with family, especially his grandchildren.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, William Brown, Jr., a sister, Regina Kaye Brown, a grandson, Jordan Lipscomb.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters, Michael Brown and Schronda Jordan both of De Queen; his grandchildren, Xavier, and Braxton; his siblings, Elmyra Brown (Gregory) and  Patricia Brown of De Queen, and Rhonda Brown Tucker (Michael) of South Carolina; his nieces and nephews, Derrick, Alisha (Ricky), Greg (Lashayla), Andre, and Fantasia, a host of great nieces, nephews,  a special friend, Teresa Brewer, other family members and friends.

Funeral Services for Mr. Michael Brown will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 20, 2025, in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Sand Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home in De Queen, Arkansas.
