Ms. Mary Darlene Cook Ayers, age 65, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, passed from this life, Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Bear Creek Nursing and Rehab in De Queen.

She was born to Robert Earl and Lorraine Mae Scott Cook in Portland, Oregon on June 11, 1951.

She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as a son, David Duane Creekmore.

Mary is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Michael Haley of Pine Grove, California, two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert Creekmore of Bethel Island, California, and Jerry and Tanya Creekmore of De Queen; thirteen grandchildren, Rebecca Haley, Michael Haley, Amanda Haley, Cody Bradford, Savannah Haley, Carina Haley, Cynthia Creekmore, Thomas Creekmore, Keagan Thompson, Joshua Milikan, Cody Creekmore, Navie Madsen, and Maygin Creekmore; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Dennis Earl Cook, Donald Wayne Cook, and Steven Lee and Mary Cook.

Memorial services for Ms. Mary Ayers will be held Monday, May 22, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the First Pentecostal Church of God in De Queen. Cremation is under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen.
