Mrs. Maria Felipa Salinas Lerma, age 67, a resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, and former resident of De Queen, died Friday, December 23, 2016 in Indianapolis. She was born to Nemesio Salinas and Telesfora Ojeda Salinas on May 26, 1949 in Lan Luis Potosi, Mexico. She was a retired employee of Pilgrim's Pride, and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two infant siblings. She is survived by two sons, Jose Lerma and Chris Lerma both of Indianapolis, Indiana, four brothers, Raul Salinas, Miguel Salinas, Angel Salinas, and Anselmo Salinas, six sisters,Alma Martha Salinas, Erica Salinas, Marcela Salina, Marcilina Salinas, Maria Felxi Salinas, and Aurelia Salinas all of Monterrey, Mexico, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mrs. Maria Lerma will be held Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 2:00 P.M.,in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, De Queen, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home.
