Mrs. Linda Emerson

Linda K. (Vickers) Emerson passed away May 17, 2019 at the age of 73.  She was surrounded by people who loved her and prayed for by people who couldn't be there.  She joins the love of her life, James R. Emerson Jr., her son, James Emerson III, her parents, George and Bassie Vickers, and her siblings, Franklin Vickers, Rose Babcok, Georgia Corkin, and her grandchildren Jessica Leistikow & Zachary McCune in Eternity.

Left to cherish her memory and legacy are her children; Rosemary Leistikow, Debbie Chambers, Harold McCune, Bart (Michelle) Emerson, Bret (Elizabeth) Emerson, her brother Ronnie Vickers, brother-in-law, Donnie Corkin, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Linda will be remembered as a good wife & mother, a loving nana or granny as her youngest grandchildren insisted on calling her, a loving great-grandmother and a good friend.  She was much loved and her presence will be missed by all who knew her.

There will be no viewing as per Linda's request and a private memorial service will be held at the discretion of the family.

We wish to thank all the doctors and nurses, and those who cared for her and took the time to visit, her friends and family.  Thoughts and prayers are appreciated during this difficult time.
