Mr. Larry Havins
Mr. Larry Eugene Havins, 74, died Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at home in Ashdown, Arkansas.

Larry was born in Idabel, Oklahoma on September 29, 1947, to Harold and Dorothy Havins. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Patsy Havins, for fifty-five years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Havins; his father, Harold Havins; and his sister, Sue Laws. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Havins of Lockesburg, Arkansas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gina and Jeff Hunter of Wickes, Arkansas, and Lisa and James Clement of Ashdown, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Cody Clement and Courtney Green, Chance and Jordan Hunter, Kori and Chase Southerland, and Carson Hunter; nine great-grandchildren, Adyson, Gaige, Rhealeigh, Gunner, Parker, Haydyn, Casen, Kimber, and Tate; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of other family and friends.

Larry was a loving husband to his wife, father to his girls, "Pop" to his grandkids, and great grandkids. He was a strong, hardworking, genuine man. He was loved by so many in the community. Larry was an avid sportsman. He coached baseball for many years and played coed and men's slow pitch for years. He enjoyed watching his grandkids play ball, rodeo, show, and taking them hunting and fishing.

Graveside Services for Mr. Larry Havins will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, February 26, 2022, at the Bellville Cemetery Pavilion with Bro. Robert Posey officiating. Rendering of Military Honors and interment will take place at Bellville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jason Needham, Russell Wake, Bill Montgomery, Patrick Montgomery, Mark Clay, Jay Johnson, and Bud Posey.
