Obituary

Mr. Kyle Ward
Mr. Kyle Lee Ward, age 29, resident of New Hope, Arkansas, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

Kyle was born to Belden Leander Ward and Angela Marie Vinyard on July 25, 1994, in Texarkana, Texas. Kyle worked in different capacities over the years, including time at Mission Plastics in Nashville, the Glenwood Sawmill, and as a farm hand. He enjoyed listening to music, and hunting and fishing with his Dad. Kyle most enjoyed his time spent with his loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, A.G. and Marie McBride; his brother, James Arnold Ward; and an uncle, Blue McBride.

Kyle leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Kyler, Kaylee, and Andrew, all of Malvern; his parents, Belden and Rashael Ward of New Hope, and Angela Vinyard of Lockesburg; one sister, McKenzie Brooke Hibner of Lockesburg; step-sisters, Teslee Barkes and husband Shaun of New Hope, and Sydney Icenhower of Conway; nieces and nephew, Brailyn Ward of New Hope and Jeremiah Hibner of Lockesburg, and Aviana Barkes of New Hope; mother of his children, Angel Cogburn of Malvern; paternal grandparents, Iris and Kevin Varnadoe of Fouke, and James and Dell Ward of Texarkana, Texas; aunts and uncle, Teresa Wiley and husband Douglas of Mayna, Louisiana, Rhonda Ward and husband Bill of Texarkana, Texas, and Mack McBride and wife Kerry of Dierks; as well as a number of other relatives, and a host of friends.

As a child, Kyle was adorably mischievous. He marched to the beat of his own drum with his wide-open free spirit. He was known for being very organized. At a young age, he would meticulously place his toy soldiers on his shelves. Kyle could light up a room with his beautiful blue eyes, infectious smile and charming personality. He always had the kindest soul. He would never stand for someone being mistreated. Time and time again, he would stand up for them, being the noble young man he was. Kyle's greatest accomplishment in life was accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He loved his family with all of his heart, especially his children. Kyle had a gift for making everyone feel special, loved and wanted. He never left home without a big hug and a "I Love Ya". It was an honor to have Kyle Lee Ward in our life. He will be so very missed, yet he has left a forever footprint on our heart.
