Karen Lee Wilson, age 69, a resident of Texarkana, Texas, died February 2, 2023, at her home.

She was the oldest child born to Mickey T. and Vada Evelyn Head Wilson in De Queen, Arkansas on September 17, 1953.  She was a 1972 graduate of De Queen High School where she learned to play the drums.    Karen was of the Baptist faith.  Karen loved music and was an avid Ranger Baseball fan.  She had a compassion for animals, especially dogs and cats.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one sibling and one niece, as well as a number of childhood and longtime friends.

Inurnment will be held in Redmen Cemetery on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 9:00 A.M.
