Mr. John Thomas Britt, age 58, a resident of Dierks, and former resident of De Queen, passed from this life on Monday, April 20, 2026, at The Blossoms Nursing & Rehab in Dierks, Arkansas.

He was born to John Homer and Junilee Ward Britt on September 29, 1967, in Kellogg, Idaho.  John was a 1987 De Queen High School Graduate and was employed by Tyson Foods.  He enjoyed model and remote-controlled cars, watching TV, going to movies, and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother-in-law, Harace Merworth.

John leaves to cherish his memory, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Teri Merworth of Coleman, Texas, Vickie and Thomas Harris of Dierks, and Roxie and Archie Jewell of Waldron, Arkansas; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

Graveside memorial services for Mr. John Britt will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, April 24, 2026, in Redmen Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, in De Queen, Arkansas.
