Mr. Jerry Parks

On Monday, February 1, 2021, Jerry Carl Parks passed away in DeQueen, Arkansas.

Jerry was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 8, 1945. Jerry joined the Air Force soon after graduating from high school and proudly served his country for 20 years.

Following his retirement from the Air Force in 1980 he lived in Texas for 9 years. In 1989 Jerry relocated to Fayetteville, Arkansas where he owned an Air Conditioning and Heating business.

Jerry always had a good joke to tell and never met a stranger. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and the way he made everyone smile.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, J.K. and Juanita, and his siblings Betty, Rob, and Bill. Jerry is survived by his children, Cara and Stephanie, son-in-law Steven, grandchildren Michael, Kaitlyn and Julia, great-grandchild Jace, first wife Hellene and his sister Joy.
