Mr. Drexal Griffin
Mr. Drexal Kent Griffin, age 81, resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in De Queen, Arkansas.

Drexal was born on November 29, 1940, in Texarkana, Arkansas, to Estes Lee and Dixie Ann Penney Griffin, one of four children. He married the love of his life, Rosemary Granes, on December 21, 1973, in Balch Springs, Texas. Drexal worked more than twenty years in Industrial Maintenance for Jack Tyler Engineering, until his retirement. He was a Baptist and enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and woodworking, but best spent his time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Michael Wayne McArthur; and his brother, Dewayne Griffin.

Drexal is survived by his loving wife of over forty-eight years, Rosemary Griffin of Lockesburg; his son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Heather Griffin of Detroit, Texas; three grandchildren, Julia, Brooke, and Courtney; three great-grandsons and three great-granddaughters; two sisters, Cookie Penney and Juaween Thompson, both of Lockesburg; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
