Mr. Dale B. Gore

Mr. Dale Boyd Gore, age 62, resident of Horatio, passed from this life on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at his home.

He was the fifth of eight children born to Marshall Thurman and Mildred L. Davis Gore on November 12, 1956 in De Queen. He was a Farmer and worked for the Sevier County Road Department. He enjoyed cooking, hunting, fishing and gardening, but most of all, he cherished the time spent with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by two daughters, Dr. Hope Michelle Gore Taylor and her husband David of Madisonville, Louisiana and Heather Mae Gore Farley of Longview, Texas; two grandchildren, Noah S. Taylor and Sophia R. Taylor; his girlfriend, Tonya McKinley of Horatio; two brothers, Alan Gore and his wife Laynette of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Ben Gore and his wife Susie of Horatio; five sisters, Marsha West and her husband Larry of Fayetteville, Anna Johnston and her husband John of De Queen, Rita Angeles also of De Queen, Wanda Lanier of Fayetteville and Bonnie Gore of Horatio; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Dale B. Gore will be held at 5:00 P.M., Sunday, September 29, 2019 at the Chapel Hill Cemetery with Bro. Travis Langley officiating, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. You may send an online sympathy message at www.chandlerfuneral.com.
