Ms. Cindy Bivins
Ms. Cindy Lee Miller Bivins, age 64, former resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, passed peacefully from this life on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at the Dierks Health and Rehab.

Cindy was born July 1, 1959, in Washington, Iowa, to John William and Dorothy Eileen Harter Miller. She was a 1977 graduate of De Queen High School, and shortly after, went to work as Head Dietitian at the De Queen Regional Medical Center. Cindy retired from DQMC in 2000 and went to work for Poulan. She took final retirement in 2007. She was a former member of Smyrna Church of Christ in De Queen, and enjoyed playing Bingo, floating the river, and camping. Cindy best spent her time with her loving grandchildren and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dorothy Miller.

Cindy leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and James Combs of Dierks, and Tiffany and Andy Brown of Redland, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Karlee, Ariel, Rachel, Daniel, Josh, and Taylor; four great-grandchildren, Murphy, Bodhi, Koda, and Gracelynn; two sisters, Tracy Morris and husband Robin of Wickes, and Sherry Evans of Arizona; one brother, Terry Miller and wife Lisa of Lone Grove, Oklahoma; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.

Memorial Services for Ms. Cindy Bivins will be held at 3:30 P.M., Saturday, September 9, 2023, in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. You may leave a condolence online at www.chandlerfuneral.com.
