Mr. Chuck Emmerich Mr. Charles Morgan "Chuck" Emmerich, age 56, a resident of Horatio, Arkansas, died January 15, 2017, in the UAMS Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born to Charles Dorron and Ollie Cornish Emmerich in Lakewood, Colorado, on May 15, 1960. As soon as he finished high school, he entered the U. S. Marines in 1978 He spent twenty years in the military. After retiring from the military, he worked as a Sevier County Sheriff's Deputy, as well as a rancher. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Horatio, and enjoyed collecting guns and knives, hunting, fishing, and motorcycles. He is survived by his wife, Kim Collins Emmerich of Horatio, two sons, Bryson Mendoza of Perryville, Missouri, and Garett Emmerich of Horatio, two daughters, Angelica Emmerich of Fort Collins, Colorado, and Myla Mendoza of Indianapolis, Indiana. His parents, Charles and Ollie Emmerich of Horatio, a sister and brother-in-law, Ollie Charolette and Rick Angle of The Villages, Florida, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mr. Chuck Emmerich will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, January 20th in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ed Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in Old Center Cemetery, Horatio, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, January 19th from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., at Chandler Funeral Home.
