Mr. Charles Randy Hall, age 71, resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at his home with family by his side.

He was born to Guy Randolph and Frances Imagene Story Hall on May 31, 1949 in De Queen, Arkansas. He enjoyed deer and elk hunting, working and spending time at his farm, but more than anything, he cherished the time spent with his children and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Russell Wayne Hall; and one sister, Elaine Melvin.

Randy leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 52 years, Linda Hall of Lockesburg; two sons, Michael Hall and wife Sandra of Arkadelphia, and Gary Hall and wife Christine of De Queen; one daughter, Rosanne Ramirez and husband Rafael Ramirez of De Queen; five grandchildren, Michael Hall, Jr. and wife Breanna, Coleton Hall, Seth Tollett, Tessa Tollett, and Miranda Pence and husband Kody; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Elizabeth Elias and husband Chad, and Betty Tollett and husband Lovell; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friend.
