Ms. Carolyn Owens Voss
Ms. Carolyn Sue Owens Voss, a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas, was born to Terry W. and Martha Sue Messer Owens in Wichita Falls, Texas, on November 19, 1951, and departed this life Friday, October 1, 2021, at Encore Arkansas Heart Hospital in Bryant, Arkansas, after having attained the age of 69 years, 10 months, and 12 days.

Carolyn or best known as "Coo Coo" was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a very determined woman. She was loved by many people from all over the place. She was a retired Nurse and she enjoyed the outdoors, loved all types of music, she never met a stranger and enjoyed being with family and friends. She was always full of sass and a major smart A!! as we like to say. You always knew where you stood with Carolyn whether you liked it or not.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, and sister-in-law, Ann Owens.

She is survived by two children, one son: Jason (Tonya) Tollett of Conway, and one daughter: Jennifer Graves of Sheridan. Nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Seven siblings: Brenda (Rodney) Young of Little River, Marty (Ginger) Casteel of Little Rock, Monty (Pam) Casteel of Texarkana, Terry L. Owens of Little Rock, Beverly (Ronnie) Chandler of Little River, Kay (Mike) Ayers of Horatio, and Patricia (John) Traut of Texarkana; aunt, Jo Jo Reed of Nashville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside Services for Ms. Carolyn Owens Voss will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 9, 2021, at Bingen-Ozan Cemetery in Nashville, Arkansas. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Chandler Funeral Home of De Queen. You may send an online sympathy message at www.chandlerfuneral.com.
