Mr. Bryce Harmon

Mr. Bryce Lenard Harmon, age 74, a resident of the Little River Country Club, passed from this life on Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Texarkana, Texas.

He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on March 17, 1945, the oldest son of the late Edward Lenard and Marguerite Catherine Finn Harmon.  He was retired from Weyerhaeuser Company, where he worked in management at the Dierks Mill.  He married the love of his life, Marybeth Cloud on April 30, 1965 in Malvern, Arkansas. He was a member of the Church of Christ and enjoyed hunting, fishing, dominos, golf, riding the golf cart around the course with his beloved golden retriever, "Roscoe," and travel far and wide to watch his grandchildren play ball and golf. He coached little league baseball on the Treating Plant Team, when his son played, coached Lions Baseball Team with his grandsons, as well as the Sandlot Traveling Baseball Team.

Bryce was preceded in death by his parents, and his best friend, Roscoe.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 54 years, Marybeth Cloud Harmon of the Little River Club; a daughter, Hollye Watkins of Prosper, Texas; a son and daughter-in-law,Brett and Heather Harmon of Nashville, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Brennan and his wife, Kayla Watkins of Horatio, Braxton Watkins of the Little River Club, Addy Harmon and Rayleigh Harmon both of Nashville, Arkansas; a great-grandchild, Brenley Watkins of Horatio; one brother, and sister-in-law, Bryan and Sherry Harmon of Malvern, Arkansas; a niece, Megan Dill and her husband, Andrew of Pinetop, Arizona; as well as other family members and a host of friends.

Funeral Services for Mr. Bryce Harmon will be held at 3:00 P.M., Monday, May 20, 2019 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Tatum, Minister officiating.  Burial will follow in the Redmen Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home.  Visitation will be at Chandler Funeral Home on Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.  You may send an online sympathy message at www.chandlerfuneral.com.
