Mr. Bryan Marshall, Jr.

Mr. Boyd Bryan Marshall, Jr., age 77, a resident of De Queen, died Saturday, March 23, 2019 in the CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System, Texarkana, Texas.

He was born to Boyd Bryan Marshall, Sr., and Helen Lucille Holley Marshall on March 12, 1942 in Honey Grove, Texas. He worked for the Red River Army Depot and as a security guard for Pilgrim's Pride in De Queen. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Boston and was an avid fan of the Texas Longhorns. Most of all, Bryan cherished the time spent with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 29 years, Bonnie Marie Marshall, in 2016; two step-sons, Kelly Cox and Rocky Simmons; and one sister, Dolores Ann Hillis.

He is survived by two sons, Tim Marshall and Dawson Cox; one brother, Earl Gene Marshall of New Boston; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services for Mr. Bryan Marshall will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the South Chapel Pavilion in the Chapelwood Memorial Gardens, Wake Village, Texas with Rev. W. Lee Ligans officiating. Entombment will follow in the Cathedral Mausoleum of Chapelwood Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen.
