Mrs. Barbara Ann Gaines Michaud Cole, age 74, a resident of Horatio, Arkansas, died Friday, September 9, 2016 in a Texarkana Hospital.

She was born to Homer C. and Bessie Marie Bradshaw Gaines in Hope, Arkansas on October 26, 1941. She was a 1959 graduate of Hope High School, and was a homemaker. She enjoyed crafting, reading, and cherished the time spent with family, especially her grandchildren. She loved her Lord, and was a member of the Kern Heights Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Lisa Michaud of Nashville, Arkansas, a daughter, Karen Denise Michaud of Horatio, Arkansas, two sisters and a brother-in-law, Linda and Larry Burke of Hope, Arkansas, and Mary Stutler also of Hope, Arkansas, four
grandchildren, Jeremy and his wife, Danielle Michaud of De Queen, Jessica Michaud of Little Rock, Arkansas, Lundon Michaud of De Queen, Arkansas, and Lane Michaud of Nashville, Arkansas, five great-grandchildren, Emma Kersey, Raylee Michaud, Kaeden Hammer, Tison Hammer, and Kynder Pressley.
