Ava Ann Marie Tabor, age 2, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Ava was born to Levi Landon James Tabor and Kylie Marie Perez in Texarkana, Texas on November 28, 2022.  Ava, a little girl full of love and joy, enjoyed cooking, dancing, and going "bye bye".

She was preceded in death by two uncles, Aiden and Braxton Glasgow; and her great-great grandma, Joyce Plunk.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents Levi Tabor and Kylie Perez of Horatio; her grandparents, T. J. and Kacie Perez of De Queen, and Shelly Burgess of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; her grandmother, Sarah Renee of Lawton, Oklahoma; three aunts, Alyssa Perez, and Keira Kramer of Horatio, and Ellie Lara of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; two uncles, Braiden Glasgow of Texas, and Carter Perez of Horatio; her great-grandma, Teresa Luckett of Horatio; her great-grandpa, Wayne Plunk of Horatio; her great-grandparents, Regina Smith of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and Garth Burgess, Sr. of Dierks, Arkansas; her great-great grandparents, Ann and Dennis Luckett ofHoratio, Arkansas; uncle, Chris Tabor of Mustang, Oklahoma; great-grandma, Shirley Tabor of Lawton, Oklahoma; uncle, Anthony Grace of Texas; aunt, Maria Grace of Lawton, Oklahoma; and a number of cousins.

Funeral Services for Ava Tabor will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Michael Barnes officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Cremation will follow under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home in De Queen.
